WRANGLERS WRANGLED RED RAVENS
Sep 7, 2025

The Cisco Wranglers opened the 2025 season in dramatic fashion, going on the road to defeat the Coffeyville Red Ravens in a thrilling 21-14 overtime victory. The win gives Cisco a 1-0 start and momentum heading into a bye week before opening conference play.

The offense was led by standout running back Keith Rockwall, who put together a dominant all-around performance. Rockwall racked up 95 yards and 2 touchdowns on 19 carries, while adding 5 receptions for 65 yards through the air, giving the Wranglers a versatile weapon for the day.

Defensively, the Wranglers were a presence all game, limiting Coffeyville to just one touchdown in regulation. The defense came up clutch in overtime, delivering a fourth-and-one stop to seal the game.

Now sitting at 1-0, the Wranglers shift their focus to conference play as they prepare to hit the road once again this time to Athens, TX, where they'll face Trinity Valley on September 20th. Cisco came out on top in last year's meeting, edging the Cardinals in a 34-30 thriller.
